"Deep in the forest of Ravenwood, nestled in the valley between North and South Haven mountains, lies Glittering Glen.
In this clearing is a giant yew tree, that the faeries who live within have named Heartwood.
They make their home among the branches of this ancient tree, flittering their lives among the leaves."
Excerpt from "Tales From Glittering Glen" Series by C.F.Auld

Glittering Glen has become so much more to our family than "just sculptures"! To us, it has become a whole new world to explore and around every turn we seem to find new characters and adventures.

When I first started sculpting, I had one major question... “Where do my faeries come from?”. I wanted to connect to them and understand more about them. I felt it would help me release them from the clay. I posed this question to my family one morning. From there, our creative minds spun a tale and it has evolved into a whole world of magic of its own.

As a Writer, my husband C.F. Auld is currently taking all of our thoughts and ideas about Glittering Glen, and is creating them into a series of novels. Once finished, they will be available on this website as e-novels. Almost all of the faeries I sculpt are part of these novels in one way or another. It has been a fun way to tie everything together.

We are very excited to bring these to you, and hope that you enjoy The Tales from Glittering Glen series as much as we do!

The journals of Dr. Andrew Wolfe are put together as a guide to the Faeries of Glittering Glen. We hope that they will help educate the reader on some of the finer points of what it means to be a faerie in The Glen as well as entertain.
